DECISION
Point 1. It is confirmed that the new flag design was selected through a public poll on the Republic's official Instagram profile, open to the public before this Decision was made.
Point 2. On the basis of the poll result, the new flag of the Republic of North Sarajevo is adopted in a 3:2 ratio.
Point 3. The flag has a blue upper-left field and a black lower-right field, divided by a broad gold diagonal band with white edges running from the lower-left to the upper-right corner.
Point 4. A gold fleur-de-lis appears on the blue field. The graphic annex to this Decision is the authoritative representation of the flag.
Point 5. The new flag replaces the former flag with horizontal blue, gold and black fields in every public display, document and digital material of the Republic.
Point 6. The Government and competent services shall replace existing flag files and retain the previous version solely in the historical archive.
Point 7. This Decision provides the legal basis for aligning the State Symbols Act and the Standards Book.
Point 8. This Decision is made and signed by President of the Republic Din Arijan Dodik and enters into force on publication.
