Privacy and data protection
The public portal does not publish a user’s private identity, personal email address, citizen ID or internal case notes. Data entered through eServices is used only for the selected procedure, identity verification, communication and legally required records.
Retention depends on the type of case and the legal basis shown with the service. Requests for access, correction or objection can be submitted through the contact form by selecting the responsible institution. Do not send sensitive data by ordinary email unless a procedure explicitly requires it.
Accessibility statement
The portal is developed towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It supports keyboard operation, visible focus, a skip link, 200% zoom, reduced motion and programmatically associated form labels. If you encounter a barrier, include the URL, device or assistive technology used and the action you could not complete.
Terms of use
Content may be cited with attribution and access date. Unauthorised access, service disruption, automated overloading, misuse of personal data and impersonation through another user's account are prohibited.
Report a security issue
Do not submit an active exploit, another person’s data, passwords or secrets through the public contact form. Send a minimal description, the affected URL and safe reproduction steps. The institution will acknowledge receipt with a reference number and request a safer channel if needed.
