DECISION
Point 1. Within its internal and protocol framework, the Republic of North Sarajevo unilaterally recognises every member state of the United Nations.
Point 2. The Republic separately recognises the State of Palestine and the Holy See as subjects of international relations.
Point 3. Recognition of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not constitute acceptance of its territorial claim over the area described in the Republic's internal constitutional framework.
Point 4. Unilateral recognition under this Decision does not mean that the other party recognises the Republic, that diplomatic relations exist, or that an embassy, consulate, treaty or official contact has been established.
Point 5. Any bilateral relationship, official contact or change to the list shall be published by a separate act and recorded in the public external-relations register.
Point 6. This Decision is an internal legal and protocol act of a micronational project and does not assert that the Republic possesses international legal statehood or recognition.
Point 7. This Decision is made and signed by President of the Republic Din Arijan Dodik and enters into force on publication.
